Highlight- The workshop began with the explaining of the topic and the importance of communications. The benefits of effective communication between parents and teachers and the communication tree were explained. Dramatization of case studies were presented. The methods of holding PTMs were discussed. The sandwich method was explained. An activity was conducted where negative remarks were written in red flags and teachers were provided green flags to write positive remarks.
