Highlight- The workshop on Active Learning and Ethics was conducted with the objective of enhancing participants' understanding of learner centered teaching approaches and the importance of ethical practices in education. Replete with activities, the resource person, Ma'am Dey focused on the role of teachers as facilitators who create an inclusive and interactive learning environment. In the session on ethics, participants explored fundamental values including integrity, fairness and mutual trust along with their application in professional decision making. A key concept of 'theft on conversion' was also introduced.
